We at Viking Mushroom believe that the simple way is often the best way. 

And that’s how we like to prepare our mushrooms! 

Sauté over medium heat with a little garlic and butter.  Fry to desired tenderness and serve as a side dish, appetizer, or add to nearly any steak or sandwich for an added treat. 

Viking Pro Tip:  For a bit of extra flavor, add a little Worcestershire or soy sauce.
